Fırat mentioned that CTech will participate in a tender organized by NATO, stating:
“We will participate in the NATO tender with a Jam-Resistant Satellite Terminal. It’s a product that will be used by the Turkish Armed Forces. It’s a challenging technology, jumping through thousands of frequencies per second. Doing this from a satellite is very difficult. Ensuring synchronization is a challenging situation, and we have dedicated years to it. A great product has emerged. We believe the users will be satisfied.”
Highlighting that CTech is involved in various projects across different platforms and domains, Fırat also touched upon CTech’s work in the space sector. He stated:
“CTech is also present in the space sector. We are a member of the consortium that realized the TÜRKSAT 6A satellite. We are responsible for the telemetry and distance measurement system, which is the control communication of the satellite. Satellite tests are currently underway. Our systems have successfully passed the tests. There is a plan to launch the satellite in the first half of 2024. The satellite has not been launched yet, but we have started to participate in new opportunities.”
