CTech, which develops indigenous, innovative and unique communication technologies and avionic systems for naval, land, air and space platforms, is presenting its products at IDEX 2025, one of the most important defense industry fairs in the Gulf region, held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, between February 17-21.
CTech is taking firm steps towards its goal of becoming a global brand with its vision of “being a pioneer in Turkey and a player in the world”. Drawing attention with its innovative solutions that are actively used in many different countries, the company aims to strengthen its cooperation in the Gulf region with the communication solutions it has developed especially for Unmanned Naval Vehicles (UAVs) and Unmanned Land Vehicles (UGVs) platforms at IDEX 2025, and to expand its market share in this exhibition with high international participation.
Significant Contribution to Turkey’s Defense Industry Exports
Dr. Cüneyd Fırat, General Manager of CTech, drew attention to the strategic importance of the IDEX Exhibition and said: “IDEX is a prestigious organization that brings together industry professionals from all over the world, especially from the Gulf region. As CTech, we are very pleased to take part here. By introducing our advanced technology products to the Gulf countries, we aim to contribute to our country’s technology exports and increase our influence in the international market.”
Products for Unmanned Naval and Land Vehicles at the Forefront
Stating that they had a strong presence at the exhibition with their solutions for the increasing demand for Unmanned Naval and Land Vehicles in the region, Fırat said:
“Our country has a leading position in the world in the field of Unmanned Naval Vehicles (UAVs), and the CTech satellite communication terminal AquaARX is involved in a large part of the UAV projects in Turkey. Again, the vast majority of unmanned land vehicles in our country and the platforms of some Gulf countries use our UfukLink Mini family of Line of Sight (LOS) and Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) communication terminals. We believe that these products, which have proven themselves in the field, will provide great added value for the increasingly widespread use of IDA and IKA in the Gulf region.
In addition, we aim to support military and government aircraft procurement and modernization programs with our advanced communication technologies such as TrackARX, our new product developed especially for mobile platforms, which enables data and voice communication via GSM and satellite on the move; HeliARX, our helicopter satellite communication terminal developed against the signal interference effect of helicopter blades; ScofusAvio, which has become suitable for use in manned helicopters and aircraft by adding avionic capabilities to our SCOFUS product, which provides seamless communication and resistance to electronic jamming by combining various communication channels. ”
We Will Also Take Part in Space Investments
Stating that they want to take part in the Gulf region with their experience in the field of space, Fırat said: “At the exhibition, we will not only introduce the solutions we have developed for unmanned systems, but also reinforce our initiatives towards increasing investments in the field of space. We plan to carry our efforts to take part in space projects in the region even further on the occasion of the exhibition.”
