CTech, one of the innovative companies in Turkey providing high-tech communication products for air, land, sea, and space platforms, will showcase its uninterrupted and reliable communication solutions for military use at the Azerbaijan Defence Expo (ADEX) 2024, which will take place in Baku between September 24-26, 2024.
ADEX, one of the largest defense industry events in the region, aims to offer participants the opportunity to both showcase Azerbaijan’s military capabilities and engage with the international security and defense sector. In addition to products for naval, air, and land forces, the fair will also feature internal security products, fostering an exchange of experience between participants, visitors, and industry experts. This exchange allows products to be updated in line with the defense industry market requirements of the region.

Highlighting that CTech will participate in ADEX 2024 with its reliable and uninterrupted communication solutions, such as SkyARX, SecureARX, and SCOFUS, CTech General Manager Dr. Cüneyd Fırat said, “As CTech, we have been providing satellite communication for the ANKA series of unmanned aerial vehicles for many years. SkyARX, which has proven itself in all operational conditions with over 200,000 hours of flight experience, provides two-way data communication for air platforms with its compact structure and high-precision satellite tracking capability. It not only enables the transmission of high-resolution live images, radar, and sensor data from aerial vehicles via satellite but also ensures secure satellite connectivity for command and control missions of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), allowing critical operations to be carried out seamlessly and reliably.”
Regarding the SecureARX product, Fırat stated, “SecureARX offers satellite communication terminals with frequency-hopping features that are resistant to jamming and have a low likelihood of interception in both enemy and friendly environments. With a network structure where fixed, portable, and mobile terminals work in coordination, SecureARX ensures reliable, robust, and uninterrupted communication, especially in electronic warfare-intensive, challenging conditions. This product, compatible with NATO standards, has been selected as the secure and jamming-resistant satellite terminal supplier for the Turkish Armed Forces since 2014 and later for some leading international organizations. With our vision of being a leader in Turkey and a global player, we aim to stand by friendly and allied nations with our domestic and national products.”
Fırat also emphasized that the SCOFUS product provides effective communication in challenging geographies like Azerbaijan: “SCOFUS integrates various communication channels such as SATCOM, RF-LOS, and 4G/5G (GSM) into a single powerful channel, providing the necessary bandwidth for autonomous and semi-autonomous land, air, and sea platforms. Thanks to this integrated connection, even if some communication channels are cut off or out of coverage, uninterrupted communication continues.”
