CTech successfully tested its SecureARX jamming resistant SATCOM modem at CWIX 2026, NATO’s interoperability validation event. Having its interoperability with the systems of NATO and Allied nations successfully validated, SecureARX once again demonstrated its international competence in the field of mission-critical communications.
CTech, a Turkish Aerospace subsidiary developing satellite and line-of-sight (LOS) communication technologies for the defence and aerospace sectors, successfully tested its SecureARX jamming resistant SATCOM modem at Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXploration, eXperimentation, eXamination eXercise (CWIX) 2026, one of NATO’s most important interoperability events. Through the technical validation activities carried out during the event, SecureARX’s interoperability with the systems of NATO and Allied nations was successfully validated.
Organised under the leadership of NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), CWIX is regarded as one of the most comprehensive technical events aimed at validating the interoperability of the command and control systems and communication infrastructures of NATO and partner nations. Every year, the event brings together numerous countries, government institutions and defence industry companies, where systems are tested using a “test–improve–retest” approach based on real operational scenarios.
As part of CWIX 2026, CTech subjected its SecureARX modem to interoperability tests with the systems of different countries. The successful completion of these tests once again demonstrated SecureARX’s capability to provide secure and uninterrupted satellite communications in compliance with NATO standards.
Commenting on the achievement, CTech General Manager Dr. Cüneyd Fırat stated: “Interoperability is one of the fundamental requirements of today’s defence operations. It is of critical importance that communication systems not only deliver high performance but also operate seamlessly alongside the systems of Allied nations during joint missions. The successful completion of the NATO CWIX 2026 tests by our SecureARX modem is highly valuable as it demonstrates the level our technologies, developed in accordance with international standards, have reached. As CTech, we will continue to validate our capabilities in secure communications on international platforms and contribute to the mission-critical communication needs of Allied nations.”
This achievement at CWIX 2026 further strengthens CTech’s position within the international defence ecosystem while once again demonstrating the capability of the SecureARX modem family, also selected by NATO, to deliver secure, resilient and interoperable communication solutions.
